I haven´t experienced in many hotels so professional and friendly staff as here. All of them made our stay better. Every time we were greeted with the smile. After our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Thomas, who immediately took our luggage to our room. Mr. Anthony Pereira went through check in with us. He explained us everything important and we even got upgraded room. Our room was very spacious and view from the balcony was beautiful. Spa was awesome, most we enjoyed sauna area. I´ve got super fluffy bathrobe, which I never wanted to take off :-) Overall we´ve got exceptional experience and we would love to come back again!

The team made perfect recommendations for hikes, dinner, and even evening cocktails! We traveled with my 84-year-old mother and her dog, and the hotel team was incredibly accommodating. There is nothing that could be done better.
