This luxurious and spacious suite offers dark hardwood floors, refined furniture, state-of-the-art electronic equipment and a splendid Alpine panoramic view from the large balcony. It also contains a walk-in closet and a living and dining area with a revolving fireplace. You can benefit from use of a Nespresso coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and an iPod dock. In addition, the suite features a spa bath and a steam cabin. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (see Property Policies).

I haven´t experienced in many hotels so professional and friendly staff as here. All of them made our stay better. Every time we were greeted with the smile. After our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Thomas, who immediately took our luggage to our room. Mr. Anthony Pereira went through check in with us. He explained us everything important and we even got upgraded room. Our room was very spacious and view from the balcony was beautiful. Spa was awesome, most we enjoyed sauna area. I´ve got super fluffy bathrobe, which I never wanted to take off :-) Overall we´ve got exceptional experience and we would love to come back again!

Bedrooms were a lovely size. Great beds and bedding. Modern bathroom. The balcony and view were spectacular. The staff were attentive, polite and so helpful. Courteous and friendly. The open fire and the bar area was the perfect are for unwinding in the evening and live music added a chilled vibe. Breakfast was amazing. The children loved the buffet and the husband loved the omelette. I really enjoyed my glass of champers with my yoghurt and granola, looking out at the snow capped mountains! The spa was fantastic after a days skiing.

From the moment we got out of the car, we were treated like royalty with staff ready to take bags and check us in (we had to wait for check in but we sat in comfy chairs and only had to wait a few minutes). From valet parking to over 7 saunas in the spa and 3 gourmet restaurants to choose from, as well as a view across the mountains, this resort is definitely one to visit to spoil yourself rotten! Highly recommend.

Little things that mark this hotel out included, for example, repleneshing free soft drinks in the minibar as needed and again nicely acknowledging my birthday over dinner. I will also mention the bar where I enjoyed drinks while listening to the live piano playing. A special, peaceful place in a beautiful location.

Room had plenty of space and the beds are perfect (recommend to add tea options in room instead of coffee only). Overall it’s a nice hotel, a bit expensive for what it offers.
