Beautiful high-quality hotel and facilities. The location was absolutely perfect, great for hiking in the summer. The views were amazing and so was the bar area to sit and relax in the evening, as well as the extensive spa with swimming pools. The international staff was absolutely top notch. Thank you for the pick-ups after a long day of hiking and for taking such good care of our family.

The room was very nice and the hotel facilities were excellent :) Plus, the region of Lenk is gorgeous 😍 We are looking forward to coming back here. We would recommend this place and the hotel to our friends.

Great hotel and location, staff was really kind and processional, they all did their best to make you feel comfortable. The food both at the restaurant and bar was nice, also breakfast had plenty of options and very good quality. The spa and pool were perfect to relax. It was all great and we loved our stay.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant was a top experience and the food is excellent. The ski lift next door is conviennent. Room had plenty of space and the beds are perfect (recommend to add tea options in room instead of coffee only). Overall it’s a nice hotel, a bit expensive for what it offers.

Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!

My second visit because I liked it so much the first time. Everything about it is very good. Little things that mark this hotel out included, for example, repleneshing free soft drinks in the minibar as needed and again nicely acknowledging my birthday over dinner. I will also mention the bar where I enjoyed drinks while listening to the live piano playing. A special, peaceful place in a beautiful location.

Bedrooms were a lovely size. Great beds and bedding. Modern bathroom. The balcony and view were spectacular. The staff were attentive, polite and so helpful. Courteous and friendly. The open fire and the bar area was the perfect are for unwinding in the evening and live music added a chilled vibe. Breakfast was amazing. The children loved the buffet and the husband loved the omelette. I really enjoyed my glass of champers with my yoghurt and granola, looking out at the snow capped mountains! The spa was fantastic after a days skiing.

From the moment we got out of the car, we were treated like royalty with staff ready to take bags and check us in (we had to wait for check in but we sat in comfy chairs and only had to wait a few minutes). From valet parking to over 7 saunas in the spa and 3 gourmet restaurants to choose from, as well as a view across the mountains, this resort is definitely one to visit to spoil yourself rotten! Highly recommend.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredible, the food amazing. The warm infinity pool and spa was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Our room was spacious and gorgeous with an excellent coffee in room option. Lenk is a lovely town and not as busy as Gstaad. A perfect place to spent many days and relax.
