The room was very nice and the hotel facilities were excellent :) Plus, the region of Lenk is gorgeous 😍 We are looking forward to coming back here. We would recommend this place and the hotel to our friends.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant was a top experience and the food is excellent. The ski lift next door is conviennent. Room had plenty of space and the beds are perfect (recommend to add tea options in room instead of coffee only). Overall it’s a nice hotel, a bit expensive for what it offers.

Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!

Bedrooms were a lovely size. Great beds and bedding. Modern bathroom. The balcony and view were spectacular. The staff were attentive, polite and so helpful. Courteous and friendly. The open fire and the bar area was the perfect are for unwinding in the evening and live music added a chilled vibe. Breakfast was amazing. The children loved the buffet and the husband loved the omelette. I really enjoyed my glass of champers with my yoghurt and granola, looking out at the snow capped mountains! The spa was fantastic after a days skiing.

From the moment we got out of the car, we were treated like royalty with staff ready to take bags and check us in (we had to wait for check in but we sat in comfy chairs and only had to wait a few minutes). From valet parking to over 7 saunas in the spa and 3 gourmet restaurants to choose from, as well as a view across the mountains, this resort is definitely one to visit to spoil yourself rotten! Highly recommend.

The views over the mountains were breathtaking, the spa was great,The restaurants and the food were amazing, the staff were polite and nice. I loved staying there. I needed help to get to the station and they provided a car for me immediately.

I haven´t experienced in many hotels so professional and friendly staff as here. All of them made our stay better. Every time we were greeted with the smile. After our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Thomas, who immediately took our luggage to our room. Mr. Anthony Pereira went through check in with us. He explained us everything important and we even got upgraded room. Our room was very spacious and view from the balcony was beautiful. Spa was awesome, most we enjoyed sauna area. I´ve got super fluffy bathrobe, which I never wanted to take off :-) Overall we´ve got exceptional experience and we would love to come back again!

Terrific room, location, view and facilities. Staff excellent and attentive. Spa facilities top notch and breakfast great. Lounge area excellent. Will come again.
